How it works

Three steps. Zero paperwork. We carry all the weight.

01

You check your flight

Flight number + date. We pull the real flight data and calculate your compensation in 30 seconds.

02

We file the claim

You sign a mandate online. Our AI drafts and sends the claim to the airline, citing the right articles of law.

03

We chase them until you're paid

Follow-ups, formal notice, mediation if needed. As soon as the airline pays, we transfer your share. If not, you pay nothing.

What we recover for you

Not just delays. Everything the airline owes you.

Delays and cancellations can be checked online in 30 seconds. For everything else, we open your claim on the make a claim page. The principle never changes: zero upfront, we handle everything, 30% on success only.

Good to know: for downgrades, out-of-pocket expenses and baggage, the amount depends on your supporting documents. So it's an estimate, never a sum guaranteed in advance, and we check your documents before filing the claim.

The EU261 amounts

What European law guarantees you

The scale depends on the flight distance, provided the arrival delay reaches 3 hours.

0

Flights ≤ 1,500 km

Paris → Rome, Nice → Barcelona

0

1,500 to 3,500 km

Paris → Athens, Lyon → Marrakech

0

> 3,500 km

Paris → New York, Paris → Dubai

Worth knowing: for flights over 3,500 km where the delay stays between 3 h and 4 h, the compensation is €300. A cancellation or an overbooking can also give you the right to compensation.

The airlines we make pay

Whatever the airline. The law is the same for all of them.

Our principle

We take the risk for you.

The airlines are counting on you giving up. We're not. We front all the costs, handle every step, and only get paid on success: 30% of the compensation recovered. If we recover nothing, it doesn't cost you a cent.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you're wondering

How much does it cost?

Nothing until we win. We take a 30% commission only on the compensation actually recovered. No win, no fee, and no surcharge if the claim goes to proceedings.

Which flights are covered?

All flights departing from the EU, and flights into the EU operated by a European airline. You need an arrival delay of at least 3 hours, a cancellation, or a denied boarding (overbooking).

What is an "extraordinary circumstance"?

It's what can let the airline off the hook: dangerous weather, an air traffic controllers' strike, political instability, a security risk. A technical fault on the aircraft, on the other hand, generally is NOT one (Court of Justice of the EU, Wallentin-Hermann ruling): the airline remains liable. We check the real cause before filing the claim.

Does a strike cancel my compensation?

It depends who's striking. A strike by the airline's own staff (pilots, cabin crew) is NOT an extraordinary circumstance: you're entitled to the compensation (Court of Justice of the EU, ruling of 23 March 2021, case C-28/20). An air traffic controllers' strike, external to the airline, can on the other hand let it off the hook. We analyse your specific case.

I missed my connection because of the delay?

You're covered. If a first delayed flight makes you miss a connection on the same booking, compensation is calculated on the delay to your FINAL destination, even if the flight that caused the delay, taken on its own, was under 3 h (Court of Justice of the EU, Folkerts ruling).

The airline is offering me a credit or voucher?

You don't have to accept it. EU261 compensation (€250 to €600) is owed in cash, and it comes on top of the refund or rerouting of the ticket: these are two separate rights. A voucher doesn't make you give up your compensation.

How long do I have to claim?

In France, you have up to 5 years. In most European countries, the deadline is at least 3 years after the flight date. Even a flight from several years ago can still be worth money. Worth checking now.

Do you only handle flights?

For now, yes: we start where the amounts are clearest. But the same principle (zero upfront, we handle everything, commission on success) is coming soon to SNCF train delays, forgotten subscriptions and bills & insurance.

How do I get paid?

As soon as the airline pays the compensation, we deduct our commission and transfer your share by SEPA transfer. You follow every step in real time in your account.

Your money is waiting. Go get it.

30 seconds is all it takes to find out how much the airline owes you.
